The Holidays Hit.
Routines Slip.
January Becomes A Reset.

Every year ends the same way for most people: motivation fades, training gets skipped, and January turns into a reset button you never needed to hit if you'd just stayed the course.

This challenge flips that script. Six weeks of structure, movement, and accountability — finishing this year strong so you walk into the new year already ahead, not starting over.

Days Build Decades

Every rep this month is building next year.

There Is Only Tuesday

No more Mondays. No more waiting to start.

02It's Not Just A Challenge. It's A Rivalry.

Coach vs. Coach.
One Team Stands On Top.

Three coaches. Three teams. Six weeks of points on the board. When it's over, one team takes home the cash — and one coach pays up.

01

Draft Day Energy

Coaches Erik, Luke, and Brian pick their rosters live at kickoff. You'll know exactly who you're fighting for.

02

Live Points Board

A points board in the club, updated weekly. Body comp, attendance, and the weekly bonus challenge all count.

03

Team Colors & Chants

Team pride is part of the program. Show up loud, train together, carry your team.

04

Days Build Decades

Six weeks won't change your life — but it will change your next six months. Stack enough of these challenges and they become who you are.

05

There Is Only Tuesday

There are no perfect Mondays. No 'right time.' There's just today, and the next day, and the day after that. Show up anyway.

06

Losing Coach Forfeit

The losing coach owes the winning team something embarrassing. TBA — announced at the pep rally.

03How Points Are Scored

Three Ways To Score
For Your Team

01

Body Composition

Progress measured with InBody scans and measurements at Combine Day and Championship Saturday.

02

Attendance

Show up. Every session you log earns points for your team — consistency beats intensity.

03

Weekly Bonus Challenge

A new test every week from the Test Yourself Series. Hit your daily target, score your points.

04Weekly Bonus Challenges — Test Yourself Series

Your Number.
Your Target.

Each week opens with a baseline test. The daily target is built off your number, not a fixed standard — so every member, regardless of starting point, is chasing the same kind of edge. Points are awarded for hitting the daily target, not for the raw number. Fair across every team.

Week 1

Push-Up Progression

Test your max push-ups on Day 1. Every day that week, accumulate reps totaling 10–30% more than your max — any number of sets, any time of day.

Week 2

Dead Hang

Accumulate 10 minutes of dead hang per day, broken into as many sets as you need.

Week 3

Squat Hold

Accumulate 10 minutes of squat hold per day — wall sit or air squat hold, your call.

Week 4

Plank Hold

Accumulate 10 minutes of plank per day, broken into as many sets as needed.

Week 5

Loaded Carry

Test your heaviest farmer carry on Day 1. Every day that week, accumulate 10 minutes of carry time at 50%+ of that load.

Week 6

The Gauntlet

Retest all five back to back — push-ups, dead hang, squat hold, plank, carry. Beat at least 3 of your 5 original numbers for full team points.

05Bonus — Movement Ownership Challenges

Strength Is Only
Half The Equation

Functional tests you can bank as extra-credit points any week. Floor-to-Stand and Deep Squat Rest are also the official Combine Day baseline and Championship Saturday retest — a clean, visible way to prove progress the scale can't show.

Floor-to-Stand

From a crisscross seated position, stand up without using hands, knees, or forearms. Baseline the number of touches on Day 1, shave one off each week, land it clean by Week 6.

Sock & Shoe Balance

Socks and shoes on, then back off, standing the whole time on one leg (switch halfway) with no support. Clean on both legs? Repeat with eyes closed for bonus points.

Deep Squat Rest

Sit in the bottom of an unweighted squat — heels flat, chest tall. Baseline Day 1, then accumulate minutes daily and add a minute of total hold time each week.

Couch Stretch

Rear-foot-elevated hip flexor stretch, 2 minutes per leg, daily. Work toward a fully upright torso with no low-back arch by the end of the week.

Overhead Wall Test

Heels, glutes, and upper back on the wall; reach both arms overhead without arching your low back or bending your elbows. Baseline Day 1, retest weekly for range gained.
